First time using door dash and I’m from out of town. As soon as I placed the order I realized the address was for another restaurant I had looked at not my hotel. I called the ***-***-**** number to advise of the address change since the website*app wouldn’t let me update the address. Once driver arrived at the incorrect address they contacted me and I told them I was on hold with Cus Service to update the address. I gave them the correct address and they said they couldn’t deliver to where I was. They advised to stay on hold (still am on hold as I have been for ** mins) and let door dash know of the issue for a refund.
