Yesterday, ********** I had an acceptance rate of **% because I declined one out of three orders. The only reason I declined that order was because I had been to the restaurant for a previous order, and the manager told me she would not accept any more orders from DoorDash. I selected the “the restaurant is closed” option, and my acceptance rate dropped. This caused me to lose my guaranteed hourly pay, and I would like that situation corrected.
