Hi, **I am a regular door dash cutsomer, and I have to say I am becoming more inclined to delete the app and my account. I have now had two orders take almost * hours to receive, and this time my order wasn’t fully completed and I only received * out of * of my items. It is clear that there is a lack of communication to the customer, the mapping system is not accurate, so I do not actually know where my driver is. I’ve spent a ton of money with the app, and for what I am paying I am not getting even decent service. I ask that you would take the steps to fix this as soon as possible. **Thank you. *Aly S.
