I lost my Direct Express card, and the replacement was sent to my old address, leaving me without access to my funds. It's frustrating not being able to pay my bills. I've tried contacting customer service for seven days with no luck. The website claims to have 24/7 support, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I sent this info to your San Antonio, TX office via certified mail on 02/10/[redacted] at 3:48 am but have not received any response. My email is [redacted] The name on the card is Thomas L. Rumler. Hello, I usually get my groceries and drinking water from "Instacart" but have been unable to place my weekly order due to a "declined payment." My last attempt was on Saturday, May 8th, around 8 am Pacific Time. Instacart said the issue isn't on their end and suggested reaching out to the card issuer. I am worried because not being able to order food and water is causing me great concern. I believe there are sufficient funds in my account, as I recently received the $[redacted] stimulus payment and a monthly amount of $[redacted]. I verified this on the Direct Express website. Hello, I'm Daniel Blauvelt. I've been using Direct Express for a year to receive my Social Security payments. Recently, when I tried to withdraw money, my card got stuck in a PNC Bank machine. I received a new card in early April and activated it promptly, but my account appears to show no activity since [redacted], which is inaccurate. I've been told to call an alternate number as my account might be linked to a sister account. However, I know my Social Security checks are sent to Direct Express. Currently, I have a new card with a balance of -13.50 and haven't received my last two Social Security payments. On May 1, [redacted], my Direct Express card was stolen at around 11:30 a.m. I contacted Direct Express to report the theft and cancel the card. However, I was unable to speak with a representative to confirm the delivery address and timeframe for the replacement card. The new card was unexpectedly expedited and sent to [redacted] Augusta Drive Apt 8, Lexington, KY via UPS, even though my updated address is [redacted] Augusta Drive Apt 18, where I no longer reside since October [redacted]. I had previously updated my address with SSI in April [redacted]. I am requesting to cancel the recently dispatched card and have a new one sent to my current address at [redacted] W High St, Lexington, KY [redacted]. It's not necessary for the new card to be expedited as there are no funds on the old card. I anticipate receiving it before June 1st. The remaining balance on the card is -$13.29 due to the $4.00 replacement fee and $13.50 expedited shipping charge.

I, Sandra Lynn Allen, called on May 30, [redacted], to replace a bank card that was issued on May 30, [redacted]. Today, being the second day since I should receive my card, I need the tracking number that was not provided to me in order to locate where the card is or if it is already in route with UPS. I urgently require the tracking number to monitor if the card is en route today. Can you verify if my address at 16 South Fisher St, Raleigh, NC [redacted], is correct and text me the tracking number so I can have it ready once the UPS truck arrives with my card? My father is my payee for my SSI check, so he has a card in his name for me. He called to have his card replaced due to unauthorized use, which resulted in my card being deactivated without cause. This has caused significant issues as I am currently involved in a custody battle for my granddaughter and unable to communicate with my lawyers due to lack of phone minutes from the deactivated card. Additionally, I missed a furniture payment and now face repossession because of this error. Attempts to resolve this by fax have been unsuccessful, as no one responds at the given fax number. We have provided all required identification information multiple times, yet the cards remain deactivated. Urgent assistance is needed to activate our cards and release our funds promptly. Please address this matter promptly.

My card suddenly stopped working even though my balance is correct. I'm unable to use it at the ATM or stores. I've been trying to contact Direct Express all day without success. I think they might have suspended my card, but I can't figure out why. I checked my purchase history, and I don't see anything suspicious. I'm frustrated and confused as to why my card isn't functioning.

I am facing an issue with receiving a replacement card. I received a 2nd replacement card as the first one was missing from the envelope delivered by UPS. Both replacement cards had expedited fees and the 2nd one also had a card fee of $4. I activated the 2nd replacement card and used it a few hours later. However, when I tried using it again after several days, the card was declined. My social security number has been removed from the records, and I am unable to access the mobile app or use the card for purchases. I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone for help through the call center or the numbers provided on the card. This situation has caused me to fall behind on my bills, and I am at risk of losing everything, including my housing.

I am experiencing a hold on my card due to suspected fraud, and I am puzzled as to why this is happening. All transactions made with the card have been by me. I have not encountered any issues using my card in the past few months until today when I tried to use it for essentials like diapers and found out it was declined. I need help resolving a dispute with US Direct Express regarding a refund from an Ebay seller. I would like to withdraw my claim against Robin Feaster for the Microsoft Office program I never received. Even though Direct Express advised me to void my card and promised a replacement, I have not received the new card after 10 days. However, my card was blocked after making a payment, and I need the remaining $[redacted].00 of my Social Security funds. A lady named Maureena Bakker or Hamilton living on my disability has been intercepting my cards and stealing my identity. I am desperately seeking assistance in reclaiming my Disability card and Direct Express. I discovered that she has been using my information since January 1, [redacted]. This lady does not have Social Security benefits and has made unauthorized transactions on my cards. I found my Direct Express card with her in her apartment, and she has been harassing me and using my benefits. I need help in rectifying this situation as I believe she has been exploiting my benefits to support others like Raymond Thornton, Debroah Crowder, and Shalonder Cooper, who are also allegedly involved. I am unable to access my account to print out information for my disputes. After receiving a code that the system did not accept, I am now locked out due to multiple failed attempts. Unfortunately, I have been unable to get assistance over the phone. I am disappointed with Direct Express for not resolving this issue. I have been dealing with fraudulent activities that I did not commit, resulting in a $[redacted].00 reimbursement that I am still waiting for. Now, I am facing another breach and going through this ordeal all over again. Living on a tight budget of $[redacted].00 a month, I cannot afford to lose money this way. Direct Express restricts how I can spend my money, and they have yet to resolve this matter. I am dissatisfied enough to consider changing banks and would not recommend Direct Express to others.

Recently, I've encountered issues with Direct Express blocking online payments, although this was not a problem in the past. I make around ten Amazon Prime orders monthly and needed to place a $53 purchase for my research work at MyPerfectPaper, billed by skyscraper(LLC). Direct Express has been unhelpful, blaming Mastercard for the transaction blockage and not allowing me to speak to a true supervisor. Despite verifying the transaction over the phone, they haven't lifted the pending status. Initially, they mentioned a 24-hour hold, which was then extended to up to four days. In contrast, my husband's bank, TRUIST, rarely places holds on transactions, and when they do, a simple phone call swiftly releases the funds. This efficient process has been reliable, unlike Direct Express. Even though both Direct Express and TRUIST/SUN TRUST use Mastercard, I'm puzzled by the stark difference in handling this matter.

I have tried six times to contact Direct Express regarding a check issued by the IRS on Jan 5, [redacted]. The check was deposited into an old account with Direct Express. The IRS informed me that two demand notices were sent to me and Comerica Bank asking for the return of the funds in my name. They mentioned that this situation could escalate into a federal issue for both Direct Express and Comerica Bank if the funds are not returned. Despite my account being closed, both companies have failed to return the money, which has led to the IRS discussing legal action, fines, and sanctions to retrieve the funds.

I am having trouble accessing my SSDI funds on my Direct Express card. Upon checking my balance, the system did not recognize my card number. When attempting to contact customer service, I faced long hold times and no one answered. Additionally, the card did not work at the ATM, even though $1,[redacted] was deposited today.
