My card had an unauthorized purchase on it so I disputed it and cancelled my card because the representative told me too… After going over what happen she canceled my card and another one was supposed to been issue… I ask for expedition because it was the faster way to get my card and was told that I should receive it in * days but that was over a week ago and I haven’t received it nor can I get someone to speak to me due to extremely call volume…so they say… I really need my card because my bills are due
