My husband died at the hospital on Dec. **th m, ****. Prior to this event his id, social security card, direct express card and misc. id contained in his plastic "wallet" was misplaced. **while at the hospital I ordered the replacement card to update and transfer the funds. **There had been transactions which were questionable as well as refunds which I expected but was not allowed to access following my notification of his passing which took some time as the phone also came up missing.

GetHuman-lsbaynes did not yet indicate what Direct Express should do to make this right.
