Help with my Direct Express issue

I was trying to do something, and ran into a problem.

To whom this may concern I had to go to my local Social Security office so they could call direct Express to confirm my identity.I still have to wait ** till ** hours before I can use my debit card.This experience has been so unconvenient for me. IM DISABLE and have a child.I dnt understand why my debit card was suspended in the beginning.Direct Express ask numerous of questions just to verify your identity. Even question on your credit report.I was a VICTIM of FRAUD so I could not answer a question I didn't know about. So my card was suspended. I told the representative none of them above and she still insisted I had * answer either A,B,C, are D .That was something I couldn't answer. So my card was suspended. THIS WAS THE MOST STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE EVER.BUT HOPEFULLY THE ISSUE WILL B RESOLVED.AFTER MY LOCAL SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICE VISIT...
