I was charged with several charges that I did not make-the charges were made all on the same day to a food delivery co. Direct express is allmost impossible to get thru to their fraud dept. four or more hold times ( totaly unacceptable) The charges were mad to aus. or the united kingdom. wher I have never been and it seems that this issue is a no brainer-which I suspect direct express is guilty of. it seemes to me that it would be a rather simple task to refund my money ---but noooooooo they are saying ** or more days-well it only took a thief one day to m ake--so what is the problem here on refunding my money when it is no problem to see that I have never been to the uk. if you read the reviews on direct express i think you would be wise to check you balance at least twice a day.and make sure to keep notes on all $ transactions they will rip you off!!!! then stall to try to get you to just give up---do not let them get by that easy-file a police report for identity theift and then contact the ftc and report idenity theft. call direct express and dispute the unauthorized charges and do not let them scam you whitch they are notorious for. consumer beware!!!!!!!!!!!
