giego changed my policy and deducted * month of insurance from my card . I was unable to pay remainder of rent to move in . leaving me in my car I have no phone because I couldn't pay the bill . I canceled my policy and demanded my money returned . they last said it was returned on the * but you show nothing from them. .they keep giving me * figure they say they refundef ***.**? and ***.** ?? why I don't know but ive been left destitute and have the emails from gieco saying it's been refunded I would like u to email me so I can forward every interaction . * a day since they stole my money . I payed * months insurance and was set to continue paying by the month . so someone had to change my policy without permission then clean out my account as I was set to have them deduct ** dollars each month ... that is a criminal act and can not be made by mistake . simply because the policy was changed . that takes imput it can't happen by itself . I'm still suffering and have no phone and need you people to find out were my money is and email me every day until u find my refund . or do whatever the **** it is you do when u say my money is protected . I called u the same day it was stolen to have u get it back and I've called everyday since until my phone got shut off for non payment .
