I have had direct express since **** and have recently had a fraud on my. They charged my card * charges ** something to pizza hut then *** *** and *** dollars to Amazon. I called the next day after charges and let them know it wasn't me. They issued a provisional credit on all charges while They were investigating. About * weeks later I received a letter stating they were reversing the credit given for Amazon charges .. Amazon had told them they were authorized charges. They then tell me the matter was closed and they wouldn't let me appeal the decision and to contact Amazon for refund. I call Amazon and they tell me there are * accounts with my CC info and one of those accounts made the charges and they can't tell me what was ordered where it was delivered. When I go to Amazon account there is no history of the charges. Direct express did not even investigate very well at the least find out what was bought where it was delivered. I would have even filed a police report and got them involved if need be. I did not make these charges and can't believe *There was not more effort and there's no way to appeal my position after there shallow investigation.
