Direct Express's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-francolv a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-francolv's own words
I had someone take my card and was told they would give it back but they have yet to do so. So therefore last night i called them to ask if i can either do just a suspend on the card until i got it back or if i can just get money out without the card with a teller at a bank but they informed me that i need my card to get cash from a teller which i cant do seeing as i do not have it. So i really need cash to pay some bills that are due today can you guys please assist me with a way to get some cash from my check right now while i wait for my new card because it does not get in until tues but i really need cash now.
GetHuman-francolv did not yet indicate what Direct Express should do to make this right.
