I am currently working on collecting any and all Information I am able to... I have been having LARGE UNAUTHORIZED charges against my account for the past few months. I am fully aware that I am the one to keep my account safe... but I have been in a grievibg situation for the past year...and have been very vulnerable. I have basically had my account drained. I have made attempt to have someone look into fraudulent charges when I notify direct express.... but are simply told to file complaints with another department. I have been notifying the businesses that the online accounts were made to...the largest are to Walmart end home depot... Lowes... and cash ATM withdrawals.any suggestions to assist me would be appreciated.
