Hi .I got a phone threw Boost mobile in Ammon Idaho .paid **.** for phone in August. Then I had shoulder surgery September *th .husband dropped phone in water. So having insurance for *.** a month I went to store. And the guy working says they dont take cash for the deductible. He ran my direct Express card and says it didnt work so I borrowed the **.** from a friend who was with me . So we went to walmart to put the **.** on a net spend card .then when we got to boost mobile I had lost the card .so I went home and looked well I had takin the sim card and Sd card out of phone and I tried them and phone worked so I didnt need a new one .I got looking at my transactions on my direct Express app.on phone and theres a charge for **.** to Boost mobile it's a card purchase. I called them they said they see nothing in thier paper trail .So I call direct Express and they were gonna send me the dispute forms ( haven't received them yet ) I've emailed boost I've called them they see nothing .so I had my friend take a picture of the direct Express transactions on my phone and sent it to them thier emails are always the same telling me we'll contact u in ** hours well I've gottin a few calls one lady said u are being recorded so I told her the same she said they cant be recorded .another lady wanted my debit card * .I told her no I took card off auto pay also .the money shows it's been taking out .thier not very smart people who work there .I want to press charges .cause they stole my money . It's an ammon Idaho store the only one here in town. There has to be a paper trail *direct Express sees it too **.** .what can I do ? I need my money now
