First I tried to use the email *****@***.com and when I got the information I was not able to get back to the text box waiting for me to enter the information I had received. My Smartphone my have simply needed more time. But it seemed easier to use the *****@***.com Sometimes a special path is required to get the job done with * error*rewriting new information. changing did not function. When it tried to download a software for my mobile App, users name and password. The screen was erased an simply ask to please inter the info no explaining.
