I lost my card on sunday june * i called and asked for a replacement was told that for **.** my xard would be ****pped monday and i would have my card by tuesday... its now Wednesday afternoon at *:** I have yet to receive my card I can't check on his location because I have no tracking number I would like my $**.** return to me seeing as I did not receive my car on the day that I was told it would be here. Would also like to know where my card is as i cant pay my cell phone bill and call or buy food for my kids till my card gets here
I trust that Direct Express will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
