I need to get ahold of customer service to stop payment on one matter and investigate this fraudulent purchase that was not authorized by me before they take more money from me. Everytime I call they hang up,they tell me I've maxed out on calls call at a later time. it's frustrating I will be checking into a different debit card from somewhere else

I have a card purchase on my card that I didn't authorize. It is from Ebookl.cc for **.** an international fee *.** looks like from the same place. I see back on May **,**** that same international fee was listed. I have no knowledge of this transaction. I would like a stop payment and investigation on this matter.
