To whom this may concern,**I am writing with extreme disappointment and emotion. Having to continue to fight with and retell our story time and time again is disheartening as humanity has treated us well however this company by far exceeded the opposite. On July *, **** I resided at * Regal Court Hamilton NJ *****. I faithfully paid for and enjoyed your service, however my daughter was diagnosed with Stage * Lymphoblastic Lymphoma on this day. We were forced to sell our house and move into my parents to support our daughter through her treatment and I lost my job. I suspended the service as I was told it was my only option because I was under contract with you. My parents had service already therefore it wasn't possible to continue. After the six months we were living at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia as our Paige had succumbed to yet another setback. I was then turned over by your company to collections for payment time and time again. I attempted to explain this, offered documentation to prove every step of our journey and..... nothing. My family is hard working, and we are now harassed by collections for payment roughly around $***! We continue to pay for our daughters chemotherapy and treatment. I am in disbelief that something like this would be done to a loyal customer who was faced with an awful hurdle. I am not sure if there is anything you can do to help us but it makes me very sad on top of the many phone calls we receive a day you could just sell us short to collect your money. I will be sure and have told numerous people how awful your company treated us during this time in our life.
