My * year service commitment is up ********** and I wish to let you know that I will be cancelling my service relationship with Directv as of **********. Please contact me in regards to your equipment (* Genie Gen *, * wireless video bridge, * wireless Genie Mini. Contract name John Miller, phone ***-***-**** service address **** Mayfair Lane, Grants Pass, Oregon *****. I was very disappointed that when I signed directed original contract on ********** for their premium package for $***.** per month for * years that was terrific then AT&T comes along months later dictating the if I don't include the wireless service my original written contract price would go up and it did to $***.** per month. I then called a representative told them they could come pick up their equipment I was thru with directv the representative then inform me that I was not living up to my * year agreement and that a few for time remaining, finally the representative dropped the price to approximately $***.** for for ** additional months. It feels to me that it was okay you to break my written contract but I had to fight like **** to drop my bill $**.** and make me feel as if direct v was doing me a breathtaking flavor and I should be appreciated for your gesture. Well I made that gesture the remaining contract time and bid a fond farewell.
GetHuman-jnemill did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
