I want a refund on the money that was debited out of my account for a service that I have never received. ... I went into Att n T *** store in August **** and set up a direct tv account. The technician came to set up and said I could not have it because my apartment did not face the right way for the satellite. I went back to the *** store to inform them of the situation and they restarted me on uverse and said they would cancel the direct tv. I was under the impression that it was cancelled and did not check ( I had some family emergencies, the next few months so I did not double check about the cancellation so I was under the impression it was done) I have checked my statement and am still being charged for a service I have not been receiving since ( ****). I do not even have an account with direct tv. I would appreciate if you could look into the situation and refund me the money. I would also like you to discontinue taking money out of my bank account via my debit card.
I do not have an account so where is the money being applied to.
