I would like for a manager or supervisor to call me asap. I had my service suspended until August. I called to have it extended and was told that I couldn't have it extended at that time. I have not found a house to buy as of yet. when I originally moved from the address where my service was. The rep I spoke with recommended that I not shut my service off, but to suspend it so my rates would stay the same when I did move. That is what I did, she also stated that if I called back at the end of that suspension, it would be extended. I did just that in August, and was told I couldn't be suspended any longer. I now have a bill for $*** for service for an address that i don't live at. I would appreciate that bill being credited, and I am super dis satisfied with all of these services. I have been a long time Direct TV customer, and I have gotten other people I know to get your service. After this incident unfortunately I will not return to Direct TV unless someone is willing to resolve this issue.. I am truly upset.. I would appreciate a resolution. TY *Erika Normann
