i want to add a reciever. i have been on the phone for over ** minutes. i can not understand the dtv person, background noise so bad i can not hear. i have been hung up on * times and have to start all over. now i am given to special accounts. still no service. i am still on on phone. this needs to be handled by english speaking people without kids,birds and the like in the back ground. this is the worst customer servive i have ever delt with.

This company has very bad telephone servive. I was a customer for ** something years, my bill was a mess. It takes ** minutes to reach the correct department, then they are very, very hard to understand. Bad accents and the background noise of other people, children,laughing, ect. It is hard to u derstand. After giving them ** minutes of information they need to send you to another person. Half the time it is disconnect. I gave to call back and start all over or the next person has to have the complete ** minute questions. The average call about ordering a extra receiver took me about * ** hours. I talked to * people and was disconnected * times. This all started when at &t took over. Horrible company service!!!
