When I tried to access my account, I was taken to some elses account where I had access to personal information. I can not access my account. I contacted the other person with her personal email. She emailed me today to say her info was hacked

GetHuman-canyann did not yet indicate what DSW should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-canyann fixed the problem
Called DSW. They said "Yes we take a breach of personal info seriously, we don't know how it happened, your account using comcast email show's you never made a purchase (that account was used to purchase two pair of shoes), the account I set up using my gmail does not exist, they have no record of me making a purchase (purchased a pair of shoes and a pair of boots), we will fix your account so you can start buying again." I canceled the account. I am watching my bank account and charge account statements for any unauthorized purchases.
