Have had this bad service for * month & still cannot set up an account online. Always tells me my temporary password is wrong. The numbers entered are never visible. Can't get customer service w*o horrendously long waits. Have wasted way too much time waiting on customer service for different issues. I would like to see what is in the account before I shut it down. Bad choice of service on my part.
