I set up an appt with Comcast to add Internet service to my package an appt was set up for **** @ **-**, the tech was a no show. I called comcast the same day and the Rep said the appt was set up wrong, but he found a tech that could come out the same day from *-*. that tech was also a no show. To add insult to injury, Comcast billed me for $** installation plus for internet service that you did not provide. on **** I talked for an hour to three different people hoping to get this resolved as I will not PAY FOR SERVICE YOU ARE NOT PROVIDING! I'm pretty sure you cannot charge me for service you are not providing. It's illegal. Jaimie said she would issue a credit. That never happened. I talked to a gentleman who set up the installation for the internet and the service appt was on *****. This time the tech showed up. He checked the connection but it was too weak. He went outside to try to do something with the line but I'm on the *th floor and his ladder would only come up as far as the third floor. He said Comcast would call me to set up another appt and they would come out with equipment that would reach the *th floor. As you can imagine, not having the credit resolved on my account has left a very BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH. my Acct * is ***** ** *** ******* I WANT MY FULL CREDIT FOR $ **, INSTALLATION PLUS * MONTHS OF $**.** INTERNET PLUS $**.** MODEM. AND I WANT THIS IMMEDIATELY.
