I do not have cable service with you. i HAVE VERIZON. for about * days, I tried to get through to *your teck support service, speak to a support teck because i not have service with you. You have cable wires hanging in front of my living room window out side of my apt.. your costumer service refused to contact teck support to have some one put the cable cords back on top of the roof.. the comcast costumer service was rude to me . Since i couldn't some one to help me out.I may have to get the electric company to cut your cable wires, hanging in front of my apt, since it can be a safety problem when it comes to your cable wires hanging out side my apt window.
