I had cancelled my account as I will Be leavinbthe country for most of this month and was still charged for a large credit plan that I DO NOT WANT. I need a refund, and would consider the smallest credit plan for this month as I still had so many that I believed would roll over to this month. I did not authorize the **$ payment, and will physically not be able to use it. Please issue a refund and give me the smallest plan (and I would like to know what happened to the rollover credits) **Thank you
