ClassPass monthly membership fees are non-refundable. A refund can only be provided when the member cancels the subscription within five days from the payment date. To cancel your membership, sign in to your account first.

Scroll down to the bottom and click the "cancel your membership link" in small red font.
This page will ask you to confirm your cancellation. Choose "cancel my membership."
Check the box that says you understand that you can no longer use the remaining credits on your account. Once sure, click "confirm cancellation."
You can also cancel your Classpass membership via the app. The process is the same: Go to Account, tap Manage Plan, and then tap Cancel Your Membership. Follow the on-screen prompts until you get the confirmation email saying the membership has been canceled.
If you decide to reactivate your ClassPass membership, sign back into your account and tap Reactivate next to your profile photo. When you decide to reactivate, note that you can no longer have the free credits (if you had the free trial) back. You will also be asked to reenter your payment info.
