I spoke with someone via chat on November **, **** about extending my free trial for another month (through December **) because I did not get a chance to use any of my credits the month prior. I also received a confirmation email regarding my extension and that the fee was *$. Yet, after the fact, I was charged $**.** to my debit card on file on Monday November, **. I would like this amount to be refunded seeing as I got an extension. Please inform me how this will be taken care of and when.
