My account appears to be active still. I have a hip injury and needed to Vance my subscription. I made sure to cancel early in July so that I would not be billed in August. Today I realized there was a $** recent charge on my account. Please refund this amount, as I cancelled a month ago! I remember seeing the notification on the screen that this decision was not reversible and there would be a hefty deactivation fee. I confirmed, and I’m so confused why my account is still active? ALSO YOUR IN APP HELP SUBMISSION FORM DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTUAL SUBMIT BUTTON!
GetHuman-missmira did not yet indicate what ClassPass should do to make this right.
