trying to get someone that deals with home equity loans. I have received letters etc to let them know if I am having financial troubles paying just to pay the interest but do the best to get it there in time I missed one payment and they even turned my account into credit bureau. I had to sell my home and will get enough money to pay the full balance*to pay off the prinicipal. The actual settlement will not happen until middle of January. I have the agreement of sale as proof to show * but not the cash yet I have asked if citizen will work*with me until then if I show them the*document but know they want me to pay all the interest charges in the amounts of $*** plus . I have gotten*literature in the past to say there are*different ways they could help. We are very cash poor right now do to doctors's bills etc. The only thing I have to pay anything is with my social security security So much for a concession when they made it that help might be available. I have been very unhappy with this bank from the begining They have messed up some of my payments etc and are not very*knowledge of what could or couldn't be done with some other issues. Every timeIworked with one of the customer service in there that I liked the next time I came in they were gone. I even went to another bank to get cash out of to make sure it was paid on the right day and not delayed. I will never refer any one to the bank. rest assured.
