I lost my ATM debit card. I called Citibank customer service to report the lost card and asked them to send me a new ATM debit card. So right now I do not have an ATM debit card.**Every time I try to access my account on the Citibank mobile app, it takes me to an authentication page where it asked me for my ATM debit card number.**WHICH I DO NOT HAVE BECAUSE I LOST MY ATM DEBIT CARD AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED A NEW ONE YET.**THIS IS EXTREMELY ANNOYING.**Especially since I have been "authenticated" twice when calling the customer service department. Why doesn't that authentication transfer to the mobile app??**I have become very frustrated having to deal with these problems.**Another item: When I realized that I lost my ATM debit card last Saturday *******, I called customer service right away and requested that they send me a new card. The customer service agent said that it would arrive on Monday *******. That did not happen. When I called customer again on Monday, they said that the new card would arrive on Tuesday. When I had to call customer service again tonight, they said the card would not arrive until Wednesday.
