Yesterday, while checking our Credit Karma account, I noticed that our Citi Advantage card account was closed due to inactivity. We had this card for 15 years and always made timely payments. I contacted Customer Service, but they were unhelpful. This situation is confusing as we weren't informed about any issues. Subject: Issue with Online Bill Payment
On April 28/29, [redacted], I received a message stating that my Online Bill Payment account had been removed without my authorization or prior notification. As a result, I have been unable to re-add the payment account successfully. Although I was able to set up automatic payments over the phone, there seems to be a blockage preventing me from adding the account online.
I would like to have my Online Bill Payment account reinstated so I can make payments at my convenience. In the future, I request that you inform me before making any significant changes to my account.

I am inquiring about the offer I received via email, which reads: "BETTER TOGETHER: Earn 0.5% more cash back with this exclusive offer through 1/31/21." When trying to apply through the provided link, I encountered repeated issues. After entering my information, the application continuously loaded, eventually timing out after ten minutes. Despite contacting Citibank's customer service, they were unable to assist due to a supposed software problem.
I attempted to apply on various occasions since March, facing the same loading and timeout problems. After receiving the offer again in May, I tried once more but encountered the same issue. Additionally, the "contact us" link within my Citibank account was unresponsive.

Hello, while in Bali, I encountered an issue at the ATM. After withdrawing money, the machine dispensed $[redacted].90 AUD but failed to return my card. I received a Citibank award card from Amazon. However, I never received the physical card. The last 4 numbers I know of were [redacted], which I believe was changed to [redacted]. After a frustrating 2.5 hours on the phone with 6 different customer service representatives who seemed unaware of the situation, I was told my card was sent to the wrong address and the number was changed to [redacted]. I am trying to pay off the balance, but no one will provide me with the card number. Over the weekend, I discovered a virus on my phone and connected it to my computer to sync it. I found a deposited check in my account that I did not authorize, with my name signed on it. It seems like my computer might have been hacked while my phone was connected. I lack antivirus or a firewall on my computer at the moment. I am in need of the fax number for the Payment Research Department. I called yesterday and was provided the number [redacted], but there was no answer. I was disputing the balance owed on my closed account and was requested to send my bank statements. I am extremely frustrated with having to contact Citibank multiple times to get this issue resolved. My account was closed, and I have not received any statements via email as claimed. I have been misled numerous times and am relieved that I closed my account with Citibank. My name is Harshil and I applied for a Citibank credit card through an online promotion that offered 0% APR on purchases and balance transfers for a year. I received merchandise from Sears Parts Direct in July that I did not want. I returned the items to Sears on 08/13/[redacted] via UPS. The charge remains on my latest Sears Mastercard statement with added penalty and interest. I consider this a disputed charge as I never intended to keep the items, returned them promptly, and was expecting a credit within 7-10 business days. It has been over two weeks since the return, and I have not received the credit.
I refuse to pay this charge or any associated fees. Due to the frustration of not being able to reach a service representative after 45 minutes of trying, I have decided to cancel my card to avoid further aggravation.

This matter is complex, involving my Optimum account. Despite never authorizing my estranged spouse access, Optimum allowed him to pay bills, resulting in a $[redacted] credit for a $58 bill. Unfortunately, Citi then charged my account $[redacted] twice, leading to it being blocked. My address is now flagged as abandoned, though I never consented to account access or shared my credentials. I facilitated his green card despite his criminal record, and now, after 9 weeks without services, I'm being penalized. I've repeatedly asked for resolution to the tampering on my account.

In July, I started an online application for a bank account with Citibank but decided not to proceed. I received emails prompting me to continue, which I disregarded. I have been in communication with Costco and Citibank via phone regarding a policy dispute. Costco and Citibank were initially helpful with resolving the issue related to a trip to Israel for my wife, her two sisters, and myself, which was paid for in three installments since January on my card through Push Pay for Faith Center Israel Trip. I was informed that the procedure I underwent was not a rebranded substance, as it was represented to me as a different substance from one that had been removed from the market due to severe permanent effects. The product I received, Bellafill, was said to last over five years and is allegedly a rebranded form of Artifill.
