i tried to open cash bonus accounts-checking and saving in Feb, ****. i completed account opeining by phone in Feb, but i received a letter afterward that said"i wasnt able to open the account""-have me check with "Experian agency". i called and get a hard copy of my credit report from Experian and Trans-Union. Both agencies told me that they dont see any "account alert or freeze". Can i ask what documenttations Citi bank used that i couldnt open accounts here? Or i can fax or send the copy of my credit reports to your company. *Also,i have faxed to ****-******* the * copies of my credit report to your "new account opening department" on ****. However, i still havent heard anything back. *Moreover, i am a loyal Citi credit card holder for many many years and my FISCO credit score are above ***. That is very rediculous that Citi bank "CANT LET ME OPEN BANK ACCOUNTS", AND COULDNT GIVE ME ANY REASONABLE REASONS. *Hope to hear back as soon as possible. **Applicant: Chin ni Tseng*Cell- ***-********Email- *****@***.com
