hello my bank is asking me for a copy of a transaction that took place at a citibank in Los Angeles. I am not a Citibank customer and do not have an account. This transaction took place will I was over *** miles away. Is there a number I can call to speak with someone on this issue? My bank has declined my dispute due to me not having any documentation and asking for me to contact you for the information. My cell* is ***-***-****

I had to file a case with the Better Business Bureau. After filing it took a little over a week. I also had copied a map of my location and the location of the transaction as well as copies of my transaction history. I did not mail it this time. I had sent it to the dispute departments email address. After * hours after sending recieved the credit. After over * weeks I just received my dispute money. Closing my account with them as soon as I clear out my funds.
