On Friday October **th I placed an order for pick up via the Chipotle app for *:** PM, when I went to pick it up my order was not ready and on top of that they told me they were out of chips and salsa which was fine but when I asked for a refund they told me that they couldn't do it and I would have to get into contact with Chipotle directly I have sent three emails and gotten no response as of today (Monday October **) all I wanted was a refund for the product I didn't get.
GetHuman-bkultys did not yet indicate what Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. should do to make this right.
