GetHuman-vi_ton's next move: talk to Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. again when they open.
Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc.'s call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-vi_ton a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-vi_ton's own words
Order and pick up ... I paid for an order for pickup got a confirmation that it will be ready. And I went to the location and it was closed. I need a refund and credit for this inconvenience. Why did you guys even place the order instead of saying that the location was unavailable? Why didn’t you guys say it was closed and why did you charge me and waste my time?
No one was here I was charged and the location is closed
I need a refund for my order and I would like to be compensated and an explanation for why you guys didn’t say that it was closed instead of charging me and making me drive all the way to the location.
I’ve been coming here for a long time and this has never happened before
