I am frustrated because I didn't need the chegg study subscription and I did not use it once and couldn't figure out how to cancel it at first. I've canceled it now, but I want a refund of $**.** because I did not use the service. I will still use chegg because the book service is convenient and good prices, however, I don't want to pay for something I did not even use. Please let me know and get back to me asap.
GetHuman-shayliel did not yet indicate what Chegg should do to make this right.
