Help with my Chase issue
The issue in GetHuman4047561's own words
A batch of dimes was ordered on December *, **** for $****.** and UPS delivery was required. I was informed by the UPS service it would be delivered on *********. It never was delivered and I was unable to reach UPS on the phone waiting for a response by someone there for *.* hours. They again promised today same time for delivery, and again, they are not here. Please investigate what is going on and when I will be able to receive my order **ZX*****A*********. Thank you.

How GetHuman4047561 fixed the problem
I was not able to reach UPS neither yesterday nor today, but luckily, the order has been delivered. My request to investigate was addressed to the company that was sending the order to me, but it looks the problem was resolved without this company involvement.
