Signed up to have inter net connected at my second home. Odered a modem and requested it be sent to my primary home so someone would be present when i was delivered. Technician notified me that the connection to the secondary home was finished. However, I haven't received the modem at my primary residence. I need to know if the modem was accidentally shipped to the secondary home.
SEcondary home is in a rural area and I don't want the modem left without someone present.
I need to know where the modem was shipped so I can deal with it.
