I cancelled my century link service with a agent and had paid my last bill end of Jan with no balance and Im still being biled I chatted with a agent as I couldn't get a live person. They said they would pass along.heard nothing. Chatted on facebook with a agent*who said your acct.is still active and only replied is this *address where you want your final bill sent. couldn't tell*me if I was a zero bal. etc.acct number *************R
