CenturyLink's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-bstcandy a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-bstcandy may need:
Account holder name, Account number, Billing address, Account phone number, and Last 4 digits of Social Security number

If you are currently under contract you will need to pay an Early Termination Fee. The best time to cancel is at the end of a billing cycle. The account holder needs to call in with all the information on the account.

Re acct * ********* JP Butler*In November **** we called customer service and told them we were moving and would be gone from our current address, *** A Blake Anthony Dr., Warrensburg, Mo. ***** on ********. We requested only the land to be moved to our new address, *** SE ***st Rd. Warrensburg, Mo *****. We requested that the internet*wifi be discontinued as of ********. We were told that a technician would call us before coming to install our landline. As of ******* we had not heard from anyone at Centurylink so we called again. Spoke with Eric and gave him the info all over again. He said that the work order had been given and the install date of service was ******** and the technician would call before coming to install. It is now ****** and we have still not heard from anyone at Centurylink. But we have received all kinds of bills that don't reflect what we asked for. I want to speak to an American that I can understand and am requesting a callback on my daughter's cellphone *-***-***-**** her name is Shawn Anderson.
GetHuman-bstcandy did not yet indicate what CenturyLink should do to make this right.
