If you are currently under contract you will need to pay an Early Termination Fee. The best time to cancel is at the end of a billing cycle. The account holder needs to call in with all the information on the account.

I tried out the service at my location had issues then cancelled * days after set up. I was told I would have a label shipped to my home location and never did I waited about a month then just went to the store and gave my equipment back and was told that my account was current and closed do to the issues I had since the start... now I have a bill for ***.**.
