I called century link in the first week of March to have my business phone disconnected, because we were closing and moving. I was given a confirmation * and assumed it was taken care of. I received a email informing me my BILL was OVERDUE. Apparently the disconnect request went in as a New Account using the same name and number. I want this corrected and the billing set straight. You received a final closing payment on March *st.
GetHuman-tcleonti did not yet indicate what CenturyLink should do to make this right.
