I recently had an order shipped to the store that was lost in the mail. After ** days I had to walk in and try to track it down. Once it was deemed "lost in the mail" I was offered a reship to the store at no expense vs even say shipping it to my house? It was VERY disappointed. I usually order for my * year old son so don't mind foul ups but this was for a baby shower the next day so I walked in to the event WITHOUT a gift. It was disheartening and when I told the phone rep and the store associate they helped me re-order (* item was NO longer available so I was credited) but I never even got a heartfelt apology on behalf of Carters. Really? When a gift order I placed ** days before the shower disapproved I get ZERO consideration from your company. It made me question your commitment to customer service! Do better, Carter's!
