I signed up for care.com on the email *****@***.com and after putting in all of my information I was told that I was unable to have an account, no reason was given. I tried a couple days later with a different email but all same and correct information and again I was told that I am unable to have an account. As I was going through my bank I saw two transactions of $**.** for care.com. As I was signing up I was told that I would not be charged until my account was verified an approved. I thought that maybe because I was charged that my accounts would be open but when I try to sign in to my accounts, it tells me that there are no accounts under these emails. I am asking for a refund on both accounts, or a refund on one of the accounts and then actually open the other one so I can work on this platform.

GetHuman-ozzytheb did not yet indicate what Care.com should do to make this right.
