Hi, my name is Amber Borum and I thought I already had cancelled my premium account but just saw a $** on my credit card from a couple of days ago. So because of that, I just cancelled the premium account, but on my account it now says you guys are going to charge me AGAIN on February even though I officially just cancelled the account. I never used the account to babysit or get other jobs, and I honestly thought I had cancelled my account before I received the most recent charge... And now, I don't know if I'm reading it right but, it seems as if I'm going to be charged AGAIN several months from now even though I finally cancelled it?! **I am requesting a refund for the last charge since it was an accident (and I never even used it to get jobs) and want to make ABSOLUTELY sure I am not charged on February as well, as I've already just accidentally paid for the next several months. **If I am not contacted back soon I will call you guys tomorrow until this issue is resolved. **Thank you,*Amber Borum
