I received an email saying my account was downgraded and I wouldn’t be charged anymore. This is the second issue that I’ve had with care.com and I’m getting very disappointed. The first one I paid for an upgrade no one was receiving my emails. However, the issue was fixed.**Now I want to know Why was it downgraded when I’ve already paid for * months??** So if this is the case, I want a refund for the downgrade and background check. **Suzanne
