We waited *hour on phone because BA couldn’t do partner American Airlines online. When we got our e-mail confirmation we saw they had booked us going to Kawaii instead of Maui! We have now been on the phone * hour & ** minutes trying to get this resolved. This is unacceptable & TERRIBLE customer service!!
This was their mistake & we had to wait HOURS to speak to a representative!!!
GetHuman-drthmvr did not yet indicate what British Airways should do to make this right.
