I have had boost mobile for years so I am very familiar with how you operate. I have the **$ unlimited data plan, and do not intend to change it. I am however SICK and TIRED of how severely you throttle my internet speeds once my data is capped off. I get it, I get the deal. I am allotted so much data, and once I reach the limit, you slow down my internet. What I am over is how **** bad my internet becomes. It becomes unusable, and it gets worse as I get closer to my bill date. I am not stupid. It is ***% perceptible what you are doing and it is outrageous. Basic websites won't load. ****, it takes ** minutes of loading to call an uber for myself. This isn't game. I rely on my cellphone heavily, and when you throttle my internet to the point that I can't even use it, you are hindering my ability to navigate this modern world. I am not paying for more data. You all need to get real, REAL fast or I will switch networks. The degree to which my internet slows is, pardon my french, complete bullshit and I have had it.
GetHuman-belljarm did not yet indicate what Boost Mobile should do to make this right.
