To Whom It May Concern:*This is my second attempt to relay to Booking.com that I didn't stay at the Holiday Lodge in Cody, Wyoming on June **-**.* When we arrived at the place at around *pm on the check-in date, we found that the lobby would not open until *pm. Although, we were tired from the long drive from Casper, WY., we just drove around for * more hours to kill time. When we got back to Holiday Lodge, they tried to give me two separate units. Well, we had * and * year old children. We had asked for adjourning rooms with inside access so that we could watch them. After some time passed, they offered us one room with * beds. We really didn't want that arraignment, but we decided to see if we could make it work. They gave us a key to inspect the room. We found that the room's carpet was very dirty and it had a loud bad odor. We quickly decided against it. *They said that "To Cancel" our reservation, I had to contact Booking.com. I tried for over **mins to contact someone to help us find suitable lodgings, but never could get a live person. We finally drove around until we found decent accommodations within our budget. I wrote a letter similar to this one and asked that my credit card not be charged for this inconvenience. I have never gotten a response. *I do keep receiving request from Booking.com to rate The Holiday Lodge and of course, I still haven't gotten a response for my poor score. **If I can be of any further assistance on this matter, you can reach me at ****-***-**** (Paul) or****-***-**** (Joan)
